Mission Statement
Aim High LLC programs are constructed in ways that promote resident clients to become empowered and self-sufficient productive citizens within the community. We do this by creating a sense of purpose and mutual support among residents. This promotes healthy connections and encourages them to work together to build a strong recovery support system.
Aim High’s primary goal is to ensure that upon graduation our residents are established within the workforce development community. They will be connected with a workforce development plan with our partners to provide sustainable income. We will help them obtain the basic requirements needed to re-enter the workforce environment.

Target Population
Aim High LLC will primarily serve Alaska military veterans who are struggling with homelessness, mental health issues such as Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder PTSD, depression, disabilities, anxiety, and unemployment.
Aim High LLC Programs & Services
Aim High LLC offers comprehensive Residential Care Services designed to provide individuals needing assistance with daily living activities with a comfortable and home-like environment. Our program is focused on providing high-quality care to promote the well-being of our residents.
The following programs and services are as follows:
1. Providing a safe and supportive living environment for individuals in recovery: A safe and supportive environment free from drugs and alcohol so that our residents can focus on their sobriety and personal growth.
2. Offering access to counseling, mentorship, and other supportive services through our case managers that can help them overcome the psychological and emotional challenges of addiction and develop healthy, clean living.
3. Helping resident clients develop the life skills necessary for success in recovery, such as time management, budgeting, and communication skills
4. Offers job placement assistance and career counseling services. Aim High LLC has collaborated with local employers, businesses, and community partners to find job opportunities and establish employment partnerships. Career counselors help our residents explore careers, develop job search strategies, and prepare for interviews.
5. Implementing traditional cultural activities to promote cultural preservation, self-acceptance, emotional well-being, and community cohesion. We will do this by honoring and celebrating residents’ cultural backgrounds to promote healing within the community.
