Our Story

Founded in Anchorage, Alaska, Aim High LLC grew from a deep personal commitment to help those often overlooked — veterans, formerly incarcerated men and women, individuals struggling with mental health, and those who simply needed someone to believe in them.

Our founder, Elizabeth Aumavae, built this program not as a business, but as a mission. With firsthand experience witnessing how hard it is to rebuild from broken systems, she envisioned homes filled with hope, structure, and guidance — not just rules.

Today, that vision lives on through a growing team of compassionate staff and residents who support one another like family.

Our Mission

Our mission is to provide safe, sober, and supportive housing for individuals transitioning from incarceration, military service, unstable environments, or mental health challenges.

We believe in second chances and the power of structure, dignity, and community to help individuals reclaim their independence.
