Learning to Heal, Learning to Live
After experiencing emotional pain and a difficult season in her life, Jessica came to Aim High feeling lost and uncertain about her future.
Through structure, support, sober activities, and learning healthier coping skills, she began taking responsibility for her recovery and rediscovering her strength.
During her time with us, she discovered that healing meant more than simply moving forward—it meant learning to face her emotions, take responsibility for her recovery, and take ownership of her future.
“During my time at Aim High, I learned healthier coping skills, attended sober events, and started finding myself again. I stopped depending on others to fix my problems and began taking responsibility for my recovery. With the support and encouragement I received, I found the strength to seek the treatment I needed and take the next steps toward healing.”

Today, Jessica leaves Aim High with renewed hope, confidence, and purpose as she continues her journey toward healing and rebuilding her life.

Jessica’s time at Aim High helped her reconnect with her purpose, begin reclaiming the life she wants for herself and her children, and find hope for the future. She is now moving forward with renewed confidence and a commitment to becoming the best version of herself.
“Thank you to Aim High for walking alongside me, believing in me, and supporting me during one of the most difficult seasons of my life. I am grateful for the structure, encouragement, and compassion I received along the way.”
